Paul Romano: Had this mail app for years. It was great and had all my email addresses in one spot. Unfortunately my phone broke and I had to get a new phone and download the latest version of this app. It is completely unusable. It no longer downloads my inbox and just has the red circle spinning on a white screen forever. I hope it was a short-term glitch but there is no way for me to access my mail using this app anymore.

Jackie: I've had this app for years. There was a sudden change over & now I can't get into my email (blank screen w/ a red spinner). When it FINALLY loads, emails fail to open, citing "Unable to Load Message. RETRY. The Operation Failed." This is ridiculous! I have time sensitive email. If the problem is not fixed, I have no choice but stay with reliable email providers.

Troy Sims: Overall, I really like this email app. It operates quite differently than other email apps I have used, so there was a bit of a learning curve. Once I figured it out, though, I really like it. I especially appreciate the option in sharing files, "Email to Self." The ads are pretty unobtrusive, which is nice as well. They just appear as an email.

Brenda Worley: Most reliable app for MSN email that I've tried. Can't use Outlook since I use it for business email. Actually deletes emails, moves to folders and completes the actions you do vs other apps which I've had "throw" my deleted emails back into my inbox repeatedly. There's a limit of how far back you can see emails and then it jumps to much older emails, but nothing you can't work around by getting on your browser every once in a while or just keep your inbox cleaned out.

A Google user: I loved the application until the recent changes to the user interface. I don't understand the reason to move a clear cut interface to have a minimal interface that removes the functionality and adds things you cannot remove. I don't care that I am in the Inbox (I click folders to get to the right folder) and I will never use search, but I cannot get rid of them. On a phone, that takes up 25% of the user interface. I used to get 8 emails on a screen, now I get 6. This makes is less quick to take a dozen spam emails and delete them. Also the change in icons are very difficult to read because you got rid of all the contrast in them. If you have older eyes, need glasses to see the difference between the trash can and the flag icons because there is no contrast (negative/white space, borders) as they are the new flat icons which are so hard to see. I just have to memorize where they are now and hopefully they dont change because I am not pulling my glasses out each time I want to delete a dozen emails the 5 times a day I check my emails. As I said - I loved the app before - but now the new changes really were a step backwards in terms of usability of the user interface and will make me think about finding a new mail client after several years using this one.

A Google user: The Microsoft Outlook mail app on my android would not send messages. They would sit in the Queued box but never send, not even after I would reopen the messages, edit, and attempt to resend. Ugh! There are a LOT of 1 reviews for Microsoft's app which mention this obviously ubiquitous problem. But this app, which serves as a replacement for the factory-standard Outlook app, works perfectly, with no issues at all. Thank you for an android mail app that actually sends messages! Five stars.

A Google user: The new interface is horrid. I can't even get to two of my accounts!!! And the display defaults to all folders. If I wanted everything displayed I wouldn't have folders in the first place. This app was perfect for my use but they are giving no option to leave it the way it was.

A Google user: I've been using this app for around two years. It rates the best thing I can say about an app, "it just works." It's got all the features that I personally need and none of the extras I would never use. My biggest complaint about Gmail was that push email didn't show up right away. I don't have that issue with myMail. Also, I compared the search functionality of six email apps. This one was the only app that found all the emails in question.

A Google user: Overall a pretty good app. I linked several accounts to this app to make emailing easier. However, for some reason I cannot delete emails on one email address. It only allows me to archive them. Not sure why this is and is the reason for 3 stars. I've relinked the email account twice, checked the help section and FAQs and still can't resolve the issue.
