We have noticed some of the devices restrict M-Pesa to perform well. If you are facing issues after launching the App, you also have to go to Settings, then select Privacy and Special App access to enable “Premium SMS access” to “Always allow”. Keep in mind this feature is only available for Vodacom users, at least for now.

Ernesto Charangua: This is nice App, just one think you need to improve: someone send money and it inform me that I teach my anual limit, if this can be showed also on app will be useful and I requested to resolve the problem now I don't know if the problem is resolved or not because doesn't show on App. Disadvantage of that is, sometimes we loose our money and if you know that this account reached annual limit you should supposed to show either on their account that this person will not receive money.

A Google user: I think you should make the app work for free without charging data connection. Otherwise what would be benefit of using the app. Generally subscribers would prefer to use *111# if you keep on charging data for using the app.

A Google user: The app has a bug ...... i am using my data and when i still try to access the app it tells me to switch to data ..... i have uninstalled the app twice and installed it using data bundles .... but still i get that message to switch to Data then access the app
