Store Manager: The dehumidifier won't "reload" on the AP. It worked day 1 and not since. I tried to email support and received an "undeliverable" bounce back reply. I chose this product for the AP monitor ability. This is frustrating. I have uninstalled the AP, cleared the cache, reset my password, logged out, and back in with no change.

Delroy Green: This was excellent for about 2 months, now all of a sudden every time it reaches a set time to change the temperature it Max's out the air conditioner at 86°? All the way to 86°? Please fix this software. I believe it from the last update... Fix this issue, Then it can go back to five stars!! 8/30/2022 Update, they actually fixed the issue! ?

ALo: For the last 2 weeks it's been crashing a bunch. Now, not possible to even open it, even after uninstall and reinstall. I hate that I can no longer adjust any schedules or anything that I've set up in the app previously. The crash automatically opens a blank email with no crash report or details at all to share. Android 12 pixel 6 pro/ Android 13 pixel 4 same issue. Sep 12 update Version v5.5.0913

Ken Solt: Still no response. Email, feedback, etc Midea, are you working on this? I have four Midea u-shaped air conditioners and everything worked well until a few days ago. It seems the app recently did an update and now no longer works at all. Uninstall, reinstall, clear cache/user data, still nothing. I open it, Android says the app in unresponsive, and it opens my Gmail app to send an email to the developer. Now my 4 smart air conditioners are dumb. Please help or remove this faulty updated version.

Tim McCain: Just like others have stated. The app crashes every time I attempt to open it for the past week. Cleared cache, history, reinstalled and same problem persists. It directs to an email to Midea with a crash report. Fortunately I can still return this unit because without the app, some settings cannot be changed on my window ac unit

Alan Baker: Unit has been iffy after three months of excellence. The remote stopped working, the LCD and physical controls stopped working and then the unit started raising it's own temp setting. This all after only 3 months. I have the 12000 BTU window unit btw. Now the only way to control the unit is through the app and it's been crashing since yesterday. I sent a report but haven't heard anything yet.

Saimon Lovell: I guess they fix a lot of bugs. The schedule, remote control, everything is working fine for me. Lot of people seemed to misunderstand the difference between schedule and a timer. The timer is when the unit is on and you tell it to shut down after defined amount of minutes. A schedule is when you tell the unit when to turn on at what settings and when to turn off. These two things are not the same. I have a humidifier, a window AC, and another stand AC all works fine with this app.

Jeremy: Bad lately. Schedules stopped functioning properly recently. It still shows all of the schedules I set, but the AC defaults to 86 degrees at the set time now, even though the schedule says 70. When I try to turn the temp down the number jumps all over the place. The remote is also somehow much worse than the app which is hard to believe

Richard W.: Our A/C unites themselves are great and very efficient. However, there is no option in the app schedules to turn the LED and sound on or off, which would be great for night schedules. However, my schedules have become useless now because any schedule will cause the A/C to set itself to 86 degrees F. I have unplugged the ACs, powered them on and off with the power button, etc. with no success in resolving the issue.

Platinum Member: I truly have no idea as to the purpose of this app. There are many "controls" but they control nothing. The unit cycles through random fan speeds, regardless of what you've chosen. It cycles through different compressor speeds randomly, regardless of what's chosen. I sit in a small office, distracted by it's constant changing of compressor and fan speeds, which have absolutely nothing to do with my settings, or the temperature of the room. Great idea/product! Lousy execution.
