I dont see a my inbox option let alone a link for it. It's a waste of time and just proves how they dont want you to get assistance.

A Google user: Can't even upload and it doesn't even use any info from the website version. So if you upload a file via pc it won't be available on the mobile app. None of their online options work and you have to resort to call them. They're not even attempting to fix these problems. This is what's wrong with our government too busy to fix the things that don't matter than fix the stuff people need.

A Google user: I've had trouble opening this app for a month, I cannot access my Medicaid number which I need to make a doctor's appointment and I have not received my medical card so this is my only option. The app will open then close and say app has stopped working and gives me a selection to close app or send feedback. I have sent feedback numerous times and the app has yet to be corrected so I can open it. it worked fine at first for few month. now nothing!!

A Google user: Everytime i try to login using the correct information it tells me the info doesnt match records. If i try too many times it locks me out saying contact customer service. This is very frustrating. I am made out to look like an idiot because customer service believes im making the mistake.. The state's time would be better spent dumping our corpses into the Chesapeake than forcing this app upon us.

A Google user: The app keeps crashing when I try to fill out the application. It is non-functional. Considering that the website is not compatible with mobile platforms and open enrollment is only a few weeks long, this is a giant, life affecting problem for many Marylanders. Please fix it!
