Dara Nelson: Doesnt work anymore. Wont even open. You go to open and you see the makeena logo on the orange screen but thats as far as it gets. Ive cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, all that, nothing. I emailed them about it maybe even twice but they dont answer. Sucks cause i have money on there i earned with no way to get it. Pretty disappointing and irritating.

Couldn't even register in the app -- first I get a message that the registration didn't go through and to try again. I try again and it says this email account is already registered. Okay. So I try to sign in with this email and a big nope. Start over again using another email address and the same thing. Argh!

Henadz Khasin: Good idea, but terrible realize of that. I tried 4 times with a different products from my shipping list. Only one offer worked. When you try to search anything - the app is crashing at all. I get about 2000$ from Ibotta at last year and only 3$ from Makeena, and I even can't withdraw it. So uninstal and forgot.

Katie Thomson: Trying my best with this app, but it is glitchy as all get out and what's with the broken camera? Every photo I take come out solid green. Tried reinstalling but it still does it. I was excited to use it because there are a lot of brands I use in this app that other rebate apps don't have. :/ Please fix the camera!!

carrie guilfoil: Fairly easy to use, when it's working. It's often challenging to take a picture of your receipt due go app issues, hoping it will improve in time because I buy alot of the products listed. Edit 05/21 the app is very difficult to use - confusing - the picture / receipt process is awkward....hopefully some updates are forthcoming.

Nick G: The rewards are very small compared with ibotta, it will take a while to reach the $20 amount. The receipts take a long time to pend and then they may ask you to resubmit pictures of products you already consumed and receipts you already threw away. On the plus side they offer rewards and coupons for a lot unusual, "healthy" products and they are quick to reply if you email them.

A Google user: I cannot recommend this app. They had a glitch which gave me a $2 rebate. Even though it was their mistake, they did not honor the rebate. Disappointed by the poor business practices. I contacted support when I had the issue, but your support team's manager said you wouldn't fix it. I already deleted the app and don't feel like dealing with your "helpful" support staff again

A Google user: Does not work with galaxy s10 at all. Crashes constantly. Will not take pictures correctly. Totally useless which is disappointing considering in bought products specifically for the rebates. Now I have to return them. Total waste of time.
