For one, you need to repeatedly go through irritating authorization processes because the app logs you out automatically even when you're still in it; this didn't happen to me a year or two ago. Secondly it has lost specification features it had back then. Additionally, it makes wildly inaccurate assumptions borne of nothing but pure imagination, and even uses some patronizing wording. Other banks are probably worse, but this downward trajectory is frustrating.

Alexandr Sudakov: Why this application pinned to Denmark? A person entered Denmark, they have MitID, why can't they install your app? Also, for changing location they need a Danish payment method. That is a cycle. Also, they installed apk, then your app forcefully asks for an update. Another scenario, a Danish person moved from Denmark and eventually changed their location in google play. Your app couldn't be used by them after you update it on google play. That is so dissapoointing.

Thue Bank: I love it. I love it. I f****** love. It f***ing gives me money ?? and it makes everything so much easier it even gives you a free Visa and I love the fact that you can have your old bank account still while also having this account and you can synchronise them so you can transfer from and to within the app as i said i love it

robbie dyer: It's a great idea following in the footsteps of Revolut and Monzo, but the instability is really an issue. I would say transfers work roughly half the time and connected banks need reconnecting about once a week. I can only assume Lunar was rushed to market with new features prioritised over stability. I hope one day this can be a 5* app, but until the services are stable enough for daily use it would be dishonest to give more than 2*s.

Vegard Berg: Has generally been great to use, but had an issue with the app not loading for four days after an update, essentially locking me out from managing my account. Had to interrogate a poor support agent for a crumb of info about the issue. This was apparently something that affected many users, but no statement was issued from Lunar. The unprofessionalism of not owning up one's faults and additionally having such a severe error last that long would prevent me from recommending this for serious use.

Peteto Petetosen: The app is good, comfortable and easy to use. This could easy be 4-5 stars. But since 28.10 the app has been inaccessible. I contacted customer support and they said that they're working on it. But I think they should send a notification/e-mail about the problem and ETA on how long it takes. Zero information has been given. And to be an online bank, their accessibility is non existent. You can only contact them between 10-16 on weekdays! I hope the app will be fixed soon and info will be given.

David Ulander: Ok app. But hard to know what's true. Customer services says they have a withdrawal fee. Website says it free. Non has been charged. Website and customer service says there's no currency conversion fee, but they seem to take a charge for it. Also I perceive them as greedy with data collection in the recent user interviews. After signing up, they ask heaps of question to gather as much data as possible. One by one. You always think you'll be done but then there's another. Bad user experience
