Fahad Naveed: First time leaving a review on Google store because this app is literally useless. Why would you let users send money to their wallets when you're not going to let them use it until they verify their accounts? Why would it take 2 weeks to verify an account?App interface looks like an incomplete university project. Online payment crashed on kfc, dominoes or wherever i tried, glad i got my money out of this excuse of an app. Uninstalling and never making the same mistake again.

Nosheen Naz: Quite buggy! Couldn't complete my sign up process when I clicked on select button the app did not show any city, And when clicked on send one time password (OTPS) it showed error.

Hassan Munawar: They do not deserve even 1 star. My application for verification is pending since September 20, 2020. It's been almost 1 and a half month now but their "2-3 working days" are not over yet. No satisfactory response for my mails too.

Nabeel Ahmed: I have transfer payment to keenu account from bank. But it trasfered to 'card money' and you cant top up ur mobile number by card money..... what kind of logic they are appling? What was the need to differenciate our added money into cash money and card money. Due to this i strongly not suggest this app. Cause its not uset friendly.
