You put a request at 8:30am in the morning and it doesn't get processed or select a maid for you the entire day. Customer service is non existent, it says busy even after waiting for 10 minutes on hold. Even when there is 5 maids free right in my area it didn't select any for me today. Most of the time it selects a maid for me after processing for four (4) hours. I don't want to experience this everytime

Shaheen Akther: I hired a maid today who forgot to bring her usual phone, and therefore could not call the office when she started working or not. Thankfully, the office called her when she started working, but the matter was completely different when she stopped working. No matter how many times I pressed the button to stop the timer from working,it didn't work. The maid also did not receive any calls from office either. I call the support centre multiple times without any response. Terrible customer service.

Simen Hossain: So far my experience is good with Hellotask. But they must work on communication with the customers. Customer agents never receives the call and there is no way of sending any msg to them in case of any emergency. Also they must train the maid to develop their skills.

Sayed Sudip Ahmed: Still a long way to go for this app. First of all, the navigation of this app is not user friendly. Secondly, 100% of the time, the premium service is unavailable. Thirdly, price is higher compared to the offline market.

Nosheen Fairooz: Tried booking a maid multiple times and the app never delivered so far. They seem to be searching for a maid for almost an hour only to report that there's not one available no matter how early you try to book. Very unsatisfactory and disappointing app.

Md. Aaqib Ahsan: Customer support is not friendly at all. IMO they should be focusing solely on new customer acquisition, no matter how. Besides in-app acquisition, they should also facilitate manual acquisition, like OBHAI does. My family needs a maid right now, but I can't find one from the app - asking me to keep trying will sound hilarious to me, wont it? Why would I block some valuable space of my phone for something that doesn?t help when it is needed?

A Google user: Worst possible service! I called them at 09:30 am in the morning and since then they kept me hanging only to cancel my request at 04:45 pm. That too the person in charge (Mr. Limon) never answered my call. I had to find out from their call center. I have elderly citizens at home and needed someone to cook their meals. Now where will I find a replacement at this hour? They are highly unreliable. please don't use their service.

They are very good in customer handling atleast from my experience. whenever I requested maid, if couldn't place order through app, over phone call they were prompt in supporting us in every possible way even by calling back whenever a maid isavailable.considering their rush in pick times this I find exceptional gesture
