Pragya Handa: Can't get past the first screen on the android app - it says "type here" but you can't click on it and type anything. Didn't have the same issue on iPhone when I made a friend download it to test it out. Disappointing since I can't use the app at all as it stands

iluvmongooses: Keeps crashing on the studio info page, can't even view classes, let alone book - unless I uninstall and then reinstall the app. Very annoying and frustrating, particularly when I'm finishing work late and rushing to class and have to deal with the app issues too!!

James Lamb: Format/display of the T&C's section when Booking is very poor. The text format is elongated necessitating a laborious 'scroll' to the bottom of the page. Also the need to Accept T&C's for every booking is a real pain in the arse. Surely acknowledgement of membership should cover this. Needs to be simpler and quicker to navigate.

Gerda Vogl: Very poor performance for couples. Family account just allows you to switch between accounts. You can not make simultaneous bookings, see everyone's bookings together, nor have access individually on another device. We are currently on a trial membership at a centre, and the frustration with having to use this app is influencing our decision to continue. It's simply too much work.

Ess Barboots: Please improve the handling of bookings for multiple people... it's simply too time-consuming as it is. My partner and I attend the same centre. It would be great if we could book for each other, but if not, at least use one account for both bookings. Yes this can be done with the "family account", where I have been set up as "child". However it's not possible to book for two people in one step. It's not possible to see both sets of bookings concurrently. I also can't book independently.

Marek Kubica: This is potentially the worst app/service I have on my phone by far. No matter what you want from it, it can't do it: - Adding a credit card shows an error (something about roaming) - Showing how many people are signed up to a class (to tell friends about empty spots) - Logging in - Resetting password It is so hilariously broken, I don't understand how such a service even exists. Too bad my local fitness studio uses it, I'll complain to them how terrible the UX is and maybe they'll leave.

V Tan: Some recent update has forced me to choose my gym and re-login to the app everyday. The prompt for setting up biometric login also doesn't work - clicking on it does nothing and I can't find a setting to do it manually. Please fix this bug! Update for 19 Nov: no more login issue but now it gets stuck at the splash screen saying "First let's find your studio" for maybe 10 minutes or more before it loads anything. :(

Joy Tan: I keep having to log in to my app repeatedly and it does not remember the studio I had selected. This is even after my login details are saved in the app and it is extremely annoying. = Updated = Even after the app updates, I do not remain logged in permanently. It works at times, and at other times, I have to log in each time I open the app.

Wendy W: Constructive feedback: state the number of people signed up before and after booking (this was changed to what we want, but now states you are booked, useless, please change it back). Moving from the timetable to classes with fewer steps and stay on the date you've just booked or looked at instead of going to the current date. Ability to pay for membership renewals prior to end date to book classes ahead. Yet again they don't state the people enrolled in classes. So annoying

A Google user: After updating to the new version and selecting the gym which I go to, the app just hangs after I try to go back to the classes. Have tried rebooting my phone as well as reinstalling the app. Update: So they said the issues were with the gym's settings and configuration on the app. And it works now. So updated the rating to 3 stars from 1.
