Getaround - Instant Car Rental v3.8.1 APK + MOD (Premium Unlocked/VIP/PRO)

Jessica Rand (Jesse): Great experience with customer support when the tire on the car blew out and I needed to contact them and also when I was done with the trip but the door wouldn't lock. Neither problem was the app's fault. I just chose an unlucky car. They answered very quickly the two times I called and were very helpful and professional and knew exactly how to deal with each issue.

Dmytro Lituiev: Update: the latest app update has several major usability issues: (1) you can't see the car location once you select it from the list (2) you can't modify time period. Pros: +++ phone support is great! Their guys resolve issues timely and caringly. Cons: - if you're booking a car and it's let's say 10:02 you'll need to wait 13 minutes, because "you can't select time in the past" and it goes only in 15 min increments. - you can't type in the "report damage" fields

LISA JO SMITH: Pick-up was easy but the process of extended trip caused a bit of a tension. The vehicle was clean but it was a 2012 and had some of the expected wear and tear. I would probably use the platform again. I would however check out the vehicle more closely and drive it before I cleared the pre trip inspection. Overall it it is was a good experience in an emergency.

Dawn Herrera: For the most part, it is a good app. I don't like that in order to lock/unlock you have to do it from the app. Sometimes connection is bad, or your phone dies, then what??? Also, the cars both times were not a full gas tank, and one car was dirty. It can be a little expensive, but makes getting a car quick relatively simple. Will use again.

Alex Rybak: Horrible car rental service & app. Nearly every time I've rented a car with them, something has gone wrong. This morning, I rented a car, only to be emailed ten minutes into my reservation saying the car was no longer available. The app still showed it as active, and when I cancelled in the app, it told me I won't receive any refund even though GetAround was the one who told me they need to cancel... I've never left a negative review for an app before but this company is so shady and unreliable!

joel arellano: Constant "something went wrong" errors whenever I try to book a car, and I've had to contact customer service on more than half of my recent trips. As far as the app goes, get out of your design team's way and let them fix the app- IA and user flows are awful! One of the most glaring issues is that there is no alert when the vehicle you've rented is in a garage- you just get the same GPS location as for streetside parking. That's the same signifier for a completely different state and user need

Jamie Berger: I appreciate that this app gives me the freedom to have a car when I need it. But it's overpriced (comparable to high-end rental agencies - while these are just regular folks' cars!) and you get less (dirty cars, cars that need servicing...). My main complaint though is the toll fee. It's absurd to charge so much when tolls are already expensive. It's clearly just a way for them to make more profit without any reason for it.

Zubair Noman: Get around app has to be in the top ten list of most annoying and user unfriendly app of all time. I don't know where to begin. The app provided no car location other than a broad circle on the map until the last ten minutes. Doesn't unlock the car before the exact time which would have been fine except the app requires you go through a process of taking pictures and submit reports taking at least 5 minutes in a good sunny day. At the end of the trip the app provided unhelpful prompts.

A Google user: Great way to rent a car! App has some significant glitches. For example: when you select a time frame then zoom in or out on the map, it resets the time back to 1 hour, removing any cars that were available. Even more frustrating, the only way to find a car sometimes is to look at past rentals and selected "rent again." Then you can see their availability. Otherwise you just have to pick random days and times until you find one.

A Google user: Getaround is great - I love it. It's so easy to rent but the app is SO glitchy. It won't accept my reviews until the 5th or 6th time, it logs me out constantly, has told me the car was in x spot but it was a quarter mile away (this has gotten a bit better). When ending a trip the first "end" doesn't ever work. It says ending my trip failed and I have to do it all over again - every time. It's extremely irritating. Getaround is awesome, the app is a pain.
