Run!!! Don't use this app!!! Literally using pen & paper for scheduling is more effective. We used this for a month and are leaving. We lost customers in the transition process because it was so disorganized. The only response we've received for every issue we present is there's nothing they can do to fix it.

Kristine Thiessen: Please stop the updates!! Everytime you do an update, my clients don't get the reminder text. This is supposed to free up some time for me, but lately it's causing more time because I have to check every app to make sure they got a reminder and if not I have to manually text them. Gabriele Cappuccio: The app is not free at all. They let you use it for free for a while (3 or 4 months), then they expect you to pay a big fee otherwise they will block all the basic features and the app become useless. Their way to do businness is just fraudulent

Dusty Rees: I'm becoming more disappointed over time, some of the new features have made the payment system harder to use in salon, I don't think it's as simple as it could be and it's missing some features that would be helpful when it comes to staff or maybe I'm just not great at using it, it also is far from free! While it doesn't cost to have the system itself literally every booking costs, text msgs, emails etc

Danielle Girod: Can yal chill with the updates!!!! I have had no issues with the app itself aside from the amount of bloody updates requiring increased storage. Can't access the app unless it is updated. What a nuisance! Persons are using their devices for more than just your app. On the go and want to check my calendar and inconvenienced by having to delete things to open it ffs. Make it optional to update at least. Seriously feeling to switch apps because it's pissing me off now. Less than month, another 1!
