Paulina Jordan: UPDATE 2: stopped syncing AGAIN. Tried all the troubleshooting and once I reinstalled and logged back in, I noticed that I lost ALL my 2022 information and it only has a few days in 2021. Totally worthless and at this point I can't return the scale. UPDATE: It's working a lot better since the last update. Haven't had any syncing issues. Refuses to sync with scale. I've tried all the troubleshooting. I hope the company sees all the negative reviews and actually does something about it.

The Hardesty 7: I was so excited for this scale to track all my biometric data. Unfortunately, the app doesn't work. Circles spin and won't download any data to the app. The weight appears, but disappears once you go off the page. I've tried all the recommended fixes offered by fit track, they do not work. Huge waste of money. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Viviana Woodward: This app is all over the place and not a great app once you compare it to others. It crashes often, even after having to uninstall and redownload. The data is hard to view. Scroll down then up, scroll down then up. Some of the data on there I don't is not from anyone in my household. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The info isn't as accurate as my other scale. The watch that goes with it is so ou of date fitness wise (you could buy something for less with way more up to date options).

Heather Wenzel England: The scale and app are both horrible (and why are there two FitTrack apps??) You do have to have the app open and your phone near the scale for it to record your weight, which I can understand. But now, every time I open the app it asks for access to my contacts, call history, phone and texts. Why would you ever need that?! I have to decline permissions EVERY time I open the app. On top of that, now that I've declined all permissions, the scale stopped syncing with the app entirely.

Stephanie Whitted: One of my favorite fitness gurus was discussing this scale & it was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a scale that would tell me different aspects of my health so that I could work to improve certain areas and notice any trends. When it works, it works nicely but it rarely connects. I can't get the scale to sync to the app at all anymore & it's extremely frustrating. I've tried all the tips provided. I wish I never wasted my money on this. It worked for about a month. Disappointed!

Cassie Chance: I've been using this app with the scale for six months, and this app never works. It also doesn't update properly. I can't see my progression because the calendar doesn't update to reflect the days I've weighed. Even the weight widget on the first page is wrong. Shows my weight from three months ago. But, my stats from tonight show on the dashboard page. I sometimes have to weigh multiple times a day just to get it to sync. And if I'm gone for a week, I have to completely reconnect everything.

Anne Racioppi: Not worth it. The scale is unreliable - I get different weights if I take a battery out and put back in to troubleshoot it not connecting. The last app update is horrible. It erased all my personal data, eliminated data fields, and doesn't toggle down the data fields to show the range anymore. It has trouble connecting. And the worst part is I've reached out to customer service twice over two months and have never received a response. Don't recommend it. It's just a scale at this point.

jacqueline miletto: Maybe I am slow?? Disclaimer, I maybe slow.... I purchased the scale and the watch. I have had to Uninstall and install the apps several times. The apps don't communicate with one another and only to the devices when they feel like it. This system and the apps are the most waste of money I have spent in a while. I just should have purchased another fitbit ?

Jason Steele: They don't email you an activation code for your new account. I specify 'new' in that I have the scale, too, and I think it's redundant to have a separate app and separate account for the watch. Coincidentally, the scale app was easy and quick to sign in and pair. The watch, nothing but problems. Wish I could get my money back.

A Google user: Everything having to do with the scale works. But, that's it. I can't change any of my settings, goals of add widgets to the Dashboard. Or look at any of the blogs. As soon as I open the app it says "404". I'm assuming an error. And if I try updating anything it does the same and doesn't save my changes. I've cleared the cache. Uninstaller and reinstalled the app and nothing changes. With out having an app or any sort of connection the watch isn't worth it.
