Duo Mobile v4.28.0 APK + MOD (Premium Unlocked/VIP/PRO)

Andrea Morrow: We have to use this at my work (a large university). The recent update broke it, and I don't mean by switching the position of the approve and deny buttons (which is annoying, but manageable). Now when I get a push notification and click on it, it immediately closes the app. I have to go back to what I was trying to log into, cancel that push, and send a new one. The second one works. It's a big waste of time

Wendy Benedict: This app used to work well and was easy to use. Now I have several issues including and especially the switch of the approve/deny buttons. The notifications work about 50% of the time. The account list screen is terrible with the wide spacing and bright colors. Clicking on an account expands the account to show mostly useless information with the necessary passcode in fairly small font. Stop making the interface "pretty" and go back to being useful! It really was wonderful as it was prior to the so called update.

Katherine Sandstrum: would give 0 stars if i could. I've had to use this app for years at school, and it has never worked for a period longer than a week. The web browser support is awful, it is impossible to reach customer service. The app regularly decides that the settings on my phone or computer are wrong and it will not work, even when I haven't changed the settings ever and it worked just fine. Literal garbage. Cannot wait to be done using it.

Connor Burton: The recent update for this app was absolutely terrible. While the new "card-based" interface is annoying and takes up far more space than necessary, the major problem is the change to notifications. Why did you feel the need to swap the allow and deny buttons on push notifications? Why?? Now years of built-up muscle memory have caused me to hit deny on every notification I've gotten since the change. I honestly don't think there's a single thing in this update that could be called "good".

Brian Rosmus: The new update adds unnecessary padding, animations, and clutter to the app that was not present before. Sure, some elements look "better" but a lot has been changed for the worse in the process. The switch of approve/dismiss buttons is absolutely maddening, messing with thousands of people's muscle memory. The switch also removes the ability to approve from a watch. If they change it back it'll be equally annoying as well, so not much winning here unfortunately.

Jordan McPeak: This new update has been a step backwards. Up until now the app has been fine. Now I'm unable to Select/Change the pictures for the services. And don't get me started on switching the deny/approve buttons. I'm not usually one to jump on the "it looks different so I hate it" bandwagon that usually happens with updates but this really has been a major drop in both function and ease of use.

Kierra McCullough: Fails to send push notifications the vast majority of the time. When it does, they frequently disappear after clicking "approve" without actually approving the login. Also, there's zero reason to require two button presses to approve a login. It seems like a minor detail, but when you have to use this every single day, the pointless redundancy becomes incredibly frustrating. The user experience with this app is horrendous.

Jessica Souza: I can change the sound on every app except this one. It keeps crashing the settings app. Update (1/7/21): Problem persists after update. Also, even though the app is set to update automatically, it doesn't update and it doesn't appear in the list of apps that have updates available. I had to update manually in the app page in the store.

A Google user: Great in theory but with Android, it doesn't send the push notifications. i have to manually open the app for it display the codes. i have a reset the notification settings many times over the last 5 months to no avail. i wish they could fix that, they'd get 5 stars from me! i know this feature exists because i had no problems with it on my iPhone

A Google user: Very annoying app. The worst part is that the push notifications just don't work. I have to manually open the app to see the request and approve it. Then, a few minutes later, the push for the original request will finally show up in my notifications, by which point it's useless and I don't need it anymore. Also, I emailed the support email for the app store to mention my issue and all they said to me was that the email support was for paying DUO users. Why put that email for the free app?!
