Eric Smith: Please add Google pay as a option to put some money on my phone through the app. Very sad Vodafone doesn't support smartwhatches with LTE in Czech Republic. Also Vodafone is more expensive than in different countries. App bit slow, but better. Menu needs to have search by key words. Would be good to have 5g everywhere in Prague. Need more option to buy packet of internet. Applications that I am using half english half czech.

Seymour Ellis: Garbage. Haven't been able to activate any of the data bundles for 2 months due to technical error. Called, emailed and eventually had to go to a physical shop to activate the bundle (this after being charged per 100mb if data). Will leave Vodafone as soon as my remaining credit is expended. More than 50% of times you try to change some parameters it can't do it without reason or with some message like "service has temporary problems". Instead of showing notification that you don't have enough money it does nothing and Vodafone silently changes your tariff.

Anastasiya Morozova: Slowest app ever. I get it why there are additional offers applied only if you're using the app -- you won't be able to do anything in the app, so you won't get anything ??? Uninstalling doesn't work, just like the app itself. As usual I have to order prepaid bundle via SMS, so as usual I won't get any extra data ???

A Google user: I cannot activate pre-paid data bundles from my device app and I am constantly having to call you to activate. What is the point of a app that doesn't work? You app also adds 49czk / 100mb data increases when I have turned it off maybe 10 times over the year. This is a scam.

I am logging in with my administrator password. The bandle page is stuck in loading. I can see the bandles bellow the half transparent loading page but everything is unreachable.

If you order any service or package from it, it will just stuck ordering process, you will be not able to order anything and just error messages will tell you, that you should wait until previous request is processed. If you wait for more hours, nothing will change. So i called oncall support and they told me, that there was not request sent from me, so they added it manually and it was enabled in second. Now most probably situation repeats.
