Chuck Poole: It's okay. You get what you pay for. I've had more than what I would consider a usual amount of false alarms. The smoke detectors have the biggest offender. If the system crashes, which it has, it's a very lengthy process to restore it even with the help of technical support. I found the battery operated security cameras to be somewhat clumsy to use with their software. Also, having to recharge them every 3 weeks can be annoying.

Yori: Garbage app/camera. Yi dome guard cameras will only randomly connect and one won't record into SD. I have 4 guard cameras and they are terrible I have 2 older Yi cameras and they seem to work much better. Yi/Kami systems are USELESS for security, and be prepared for frustration if you want them for monitoring.

AJ Pixel: They make it impossible to cancel your subscription. You think that pressing the cancel button in the app would, infact, cancel your subscription, but no. Not even asking a representative to cancel your subscription will work. You get stuck in a cycle of endless email requests in which instead of cancelling your service they offer upgrades at reduced costs. Seriously you have to cancel your credit card if you want to end a subscription.

Lynn Sinsebox: Half of the time camera will not load. Latest software upgrade removed ability to record without paid account. App states you can still view on SD card, but no matter what settings I use, nothing records with motion. Now I have a house full of useless cameras.

Nicholas Valera: Time lapse function does not work. You have to take the SD card out and make your own on a computer. Extremely useful feature, and I would gladly pay for it if available.

Can: I wished it would connect to my Echo dot. It only havs the option for an Echo show. I just want to use my Dot as a chime like I did with my Blink doorbell did. Disappointed Update! Ifinally brought and connected to my echo show but now the battery life went down from 3 days to 2 days. Just pitiful, sad and annoying. Just an inconvenience..I can't wait to get a different brand, maybe eufy

Falcon: "video download failed switch to camera automatically" 6 second clips are no longer recorded, can't retrieve anything from the cloud I'm paying for. So tired of all these bugs. I'm switching to a different company.

Cheryl Romano: Feature shrinkage. Just gets worse after updates. Very anti SD card App...so features shrink as trying to get people to pay for cloud storage . At the moment all flagged motion etc sayd failure to download video! PC version scrapped timeline for SD card. Also time scale on mobile in a stupied place, blocking viewing full picture when using it! Have 6 of a variety of YI Home (Now Kami) cameras. Features just shrinking or made worse after updates. Not progressively improving...more regressing.

Thomas Mathai: Occasional hiccups like videos freezing, notifications not getting deleted the first time, missed motion events. But when the app works nicely, it's beautiful. Motion notifications are received even for a bird flying in the detection zone. App updates usually mess up the smooth stretch. Best part is the video quality of the cameras.

Jonathan Madison: The app is so buggy and unreliable that it makes the cameras functionally useless. Spin spin spin spin spin. That's all this app does. And tells me it can't play videos because I don't have Kami Cloud, even though I do. I have to force quit and re-open the app two.or three times each time I use it. Makes such a headache when all I want to do is see who's at my door. Very unhappy with this app
