I had to call three times just to change my flight and lost my hotel booking. Even with a cheaper flight I still lost the difference of $70 for both my passenger and I.

Kym Wood: This is the worst app you can find. Don't even think about change your reservation for another date without a penalty fee. The customer service is lacking in a lot of ways but first you have the challenge of getting a human being to help you and I think the automated or virtual robot is smarter than they are and that isnt saying a lot. I will never use this company again or this app. I don't recommend it or Cheap tickets. You can do better with someone else.

John Huang: Had to cancel a flight because of COVID, so I had a statement credit because Cheaptickets refused to refund the money. They sent me a notice with a button to cancel the flight on a flight that got canceled anyway. They did that to make it easy for you to cancel your plans so they don't have to give you a refund. Their customer service associates have heavy accents that make them difficult to understand which is frustrating when you're already aggravated trying to get your issue resolved.

Had to phone customer service once for a refund; the person handling the call was kind, efficient and helped us right away. The refund went through very quickly and smoothly, too. Cheers !

We purchased insurance so we could cancel or change plans if needed but was told because it was round trip and we already flew one way we could not cancel the second half of our trip. Also they won't refund on car rentals either when returned days earlier. So three extra days of a car rental and 2 cross country plane tickets we paid for and lost out on.

That's just today...cheap tickets has saved my butt several times..ie Gatwick drove shutdown last December and recent return flight on united from lax.

Leko Cargbo: HORRIBLE customer service from the hotel I selected through the app. I was given a random reciept right after check in for a lower price than what I just paid online. Then given a double bed room( fake reciept as well as the app said I would get a king bed). The desk person couldnt give me eye contact/ didnt care. It was an even bigger disappointment trying get the refund with cheap ticket. "Don't worry Cheap Tickets, I got your message loud and clear. I will never use your services again!

Christine Wright: My first time using this app, and it failed to confirm my flight and no support to confirm my flight and no ticket counter people at the airport to help print my boarding pass, and the kiosk wasn't working either, and I wasn't able to board my flight. I spent extra money that I didn't plan on for two Uber's and motel. No credit or refund for this inconvenience.
