Rasha zubair: Very bad experience in shopping from Dunnes. I don't recommend to even download it. When I ordered my groceries, the final cost was ?51. With free delivery. Then I received items with a cost of ?43, as many items were removed. Then they changed me on the receipt ?87. That means they get double the actual cost in the store. The App itself looks excellent and easy to use. The price are displayed the same as in the store. The shock is when you receive your groceries & the receipt, unexpectedly

Aitana Sánchez Vidal: EXPENSIVE SERVICE! The app itself is not too bad and easy to use. But they don't tell you anywhere before hand that they charge you 14% for using the app!! They should clearly state before hand that they charge you in every shopping for using the app plus the delivery fee (6?) after the first time. It gets really expensive really quickly. Specifically considering that there's other grocery shops that don't charge anything for your online shopping and delivery is way lower.

Lorcan O'Connell: Seemed like a great idea at first. But a few shops in, it turns out to be a lot more expensive than just going to the supermarket. ?5.99 for delivery, which is fair enough, the shopper/driver needs to be paid. But then there is almost ?20 extra on top of that on the shopping. Not to mention a few days later there is a ?9.99 charge that comes out of your account. Kinda seems like a scam to me. If you fix all these fees I might consider downloading the app again but I'm deleting it now.

Rodica Sandescu: I gave 3 stars only for the hidden fees. For example, my shopping is 130?,the delivery fee is 4.99 but somehow I pay 150 or more. After a while I am being charged again more hidden fees. I would like to understand what exactly the fees are for. Otherwise the shoppers are always excellent, very punctual and always willing to satisfy.

Lyudmila Ilchevska: Some of the items seemed a lot pricier than in store, however I didn't mind it too much as I received my order a few hours after I placed it. Some of the shopping categories were mixed up and as some other people pointed out a, good few of the products I had added to my basket, never appeared in there. Overall, not a bad idea but would be much better if bugs are fixed.

Katie McNeice: This is a terrible, overpriced app with rotten customer service. I've used it several times and there's always at least two problems. Stuff is missing that is absolutely available in the shop. Things arrive broken and squashed. Things are marked as delivered which weren't. Things which were in your basket at the time of purchase disappear. Emailing with problems is like haggling on a street market in the third world. Not worth the hassle or the service fee.

Ana.Q Cárdeno: Excelent idea but after use it it feels a bit fraud. You can add item to your basket and keep it there until you decide to buy. But, the total cost and fees are not clear. They do the payment in 2 statements. The first one for me was £30,66. The second one £4. Shocking when checking the receipt I see that the total shopping amount has been £26,76. The app says there are a balance of £2.06. So, there are almost £2 lost...they keep it. Totally unclear and cheeky.This makes me lose confident on it

A Google user: I was reluctant to write a bad review, because the service itself is good, but I was really disappointed by the hidden charges. I was charged ?14 on top of the delivery charge and cost of my shopping, which is susbstaintial, particularly when the app repeatedly says delivery is "only" ?4. Moreover, these processing fees are added on very discreetly to the bottom of your total (not listed with the delivery charge) and so I didnt even really see them until after I had paid. Disappointed overall.
