Bolt: Request a Ride v0.0.1 APK + MOD (Premium Unlocked/VIP/PRO)

Sabrina Gangadin: This app has been my go to whenever I need a ride but if recently drivers vehicles and registration don't match and drivers use the excuse the vehicle is gone for repairs. Drivers accept and then cancel without reason or when they do accept drivers detour from the route to fetch and then when you arrive at your destination the amount due it double the original amount and support doesn't help. After a recent update of the bolt app it does not load properly to fill in pickup. Now a pathetic app

Phumzile Sikhosana: Horrible service and drivers are unprofessional. Once you add your card, you can never remove it. The app doesn't allow. You end up with list of card lining up on your app forever. Worse, drivers can manipulate the app especially when you paying with your card. I was charged for cancellation because the driver was not in my location although the app read as if he was. When I wrote to bolt for reversal, I was told it will be done before end of day but I haven't got that refund untill today.

Wayne Langat: So...the thing is, the app is very nice, but where I live is between two roads, I can only use one but my apartment is closer to the other one, sooooo.... When I call a taxi it defaults my location to the road I can't access, and it's kinda frustrating, Uber does not do this because it picks my location as my home instead of the road closest to me, but Uber is much more expensive, please fix this, I would really appreciate

Tshegofatso Rapetswa: This app is the worst transportation app you could use to get around, my friends and myself got hjacked while we were going to our campus they even went to an extent of driving with us and then dumping us somewhere along the way. And to top it all off the driver was present throughout the whole ordeal. They even changed our trip details after the whole incident. Bolt is not safe I would not recommend it to anyone. It should be discontinued honestly

Kim Lane: Good for booking. Not good for following up rides. I would like the option to tip the driver added for longer than 15 minutes. They should still be able to be tipped even after I've been an idiot and pressed the wrong button. Plus the support could help to do this rather than send a generic automated response to the request to tip the driver. Other than that, easy to use and reliable for bookings.

Hans K: Horrible. The app is a hollow shadow of its former great self. With all the random applying of drivers, cancellations and incorrect arrival times, it is near impossible to hail a taxi without running late to your destination and/or running out of an incredibly short waiting time resulting in getting you fined/to pay extra. Not to mention the fact that the drivers can cancel your fare any time prior to their arrival, but when you do it, you again get fined

Dima Milan: Badly.1)The application incorrectly determines the location. Because of this, the driver may not come exactly to you, but somewhere nearby. Not finding anyone at the wrong pickup point, the driver simply cancels the trip, and you are late to your destination.2)The application does not know the correct routes to get to some public places, it leads the driver in the wrong direction, because of which the driver is forced to independently look for how to get to the station - it takes a lot of time.

Cristina Iannone: it's overall a good service. wWhen there is more demand though the app becomes problematic, drivers keep on canceling you on their previously accepted pick up requests. Sometimes locations are not very accurate and can cause problems, the drivers are shown to go somewhere else. There is always room for improvement.

James Bam: I had at least 20 drivers cancel, then one finally accepted, but he never arrived - he drove to another location and then cancelled. Then the app said 'no drivers available, please try later' (not verbatim). So it's useless. The best thing is, you can't just delete your account, you have to send Bolt a message first, if you can find out how (go to a support article and choose 'no' at the bottom of the page - it will open up chat menu).

Daniel Kis-Nagy: Over the past year, the map got significantly worse (addresses it can't find so you need to set a neighboring street and walk, incorrectly detected starting point etc.), the estimations are no longer accurate and you almost always pay more, and worst of all, I've got many cases when I waited minutes for a driver who was supposed to come, only for him to cancel it a minute before the supposed arrival ? and there's nothing you can do about it, you can't even rate a driver who didn't pick you up.
