But when you are in Mumbai or other place it will automatically start showing loads from Pune . And this is happening with me from when I have started using this BLOODY APP.

G S Narayana: Worst customer care. From my account Rs305 was deducted under the heading debit adjustment. There is no option for charge back under this head. I raised5 complaints and all are closed with information. My reason is why this deduction and which toll, when my vehicle was passing underload. Don't buy this tag.

Why do we use fast tag.to save money and time in toll but here after recharging also app will deduct money unnecessary every week,vehicle will not go to toll only but still amount will get debited from ac by mentioning visited electronic city toll plaza, then we have to raise a charge back request for this with documents and they will very and they may accept or reject then we will get our money back..but no guarantee of money

I was placed a request to repair the GPS/complaint against GPS for technical help, but all the day after day, you are showing the message on the app "our technician was not able to visit today." since 5 days I have the same messages and facing same problem. Your technical support is very worst.

sajan gupta: This application is very bad. I would give it one star, but it doesn't let me. The controls are hard to use, and the boss fights are anticlimactic. Avoid it if you can. It also start charges money if you recharge from Google Play , phone pe etc. I recommend to all of you to not use blackbuck fastag and GPS. AIRTEL FASTAG IS BEST
