Denson Arends: Last night I signed and got a premium membership. Instead of mailing you your qr-code, Basic Fit forces you to use their app to activate your qr-code and get access to the gym that you ALREADY paid a membership for. Now then, they force you to use their app and the app DOES NOT EVEN WORK. I can not log in, tberefor I can not get access to the qr-code or the gym. I contacted support and they told me that it was an issue outside of their hands, Sorry! With an app this bad it should be optional.

Donat Callens: The developers need to work on the accounts identification. It is possible to have two different accounts with the same email address. Thus is a nightmare to solve when loggin in. Unable to log on from the web. Unable to get my card number since it is now possible to have an account without a card. Really a wreckage.

Bruno Guemes: Not too useful. Add that to smelly crowded gym in WSL. Why bother? But on the app it was great for booking slots during pandemic. I whish it continued now it is IMPOSSIBLE to find a machine and in small lonely gyms like the one I use it meens overcrowded, broken machines, horrible smell everywhere... Please keep pre-booking and limited apace even though with some more capacity!!! There are other viruses... And again...smell and availability of machines and weights.

Taya Wouters: It's a scam They promise you can cancel the membership whenever you want. But ones you do it, the app pretends you haven't done it. I have cancelled my membership already 3 times, I ever have screenshots and email confirmation, but they continue charging me every month. There is no chat you can talk to a person, ob?e bot sending you to the website. I wish I have never went to this gym.

Mahmoud Souayfan: Realising a feature that doesn't work should only be on your testing env,neither on android or ios the qr code is working, after i activated i can never see the purple button on both devices, please test your app before releasing !!!!!

Christos Michailidis: I have activated the QR code in the app, and because it is super DIFFICULT to use it, I wanted to deactivate it and start using the card again. 1. It was never clearly described that you have to use one or the other 2. I was told that I now need to pay one new card. Ladies, this is called CHEATING. So, basicfit, you are pathetic if you think you can make money like this.

Pouria: Not an app. Just a website. I just signed up and it's already telling me my membership is expired and won't let me log on... On the website I can log on just fine. Great start!

Aleksei Tretiakov: New option allows you create a workout, but no separation on weeks or days (I do Monday chest, Wednesday legs, Friday arms). Exercise's names are mixed in French and English. If you search shrugs, you don't find anything. I have had all my workout with weight in notes in your previous application. It was deleted without any warning or possibility to transfer. Nice care about your users!!!

Lin: Haven't been able to register my new card for more than a month, it constantly says there was an error. Website is pretty terrible too.

Simon Wamelink: Old app used to be a bit ugly but worked and showed all the data you wanted. New app looks way sleeker but lost a ton of functionality. Most annoyingly historical weight data is lost and of new entries you can only see a breakdown of your most recent wiegh in. Graph information only shows total weight with axis that are not labeled correctly. Even if you still have the old app, they changed the authentication method so you can no longer login. Such a shame of a halfway decent app.
