kasha Johnson: Always causing problems to click in or out. It takes to mush time. I think it's a terrible situation. It needs some changes terribly bad.. It tells you you too far away from your client's house when you're standing right there beside your client in their home. I hate it. ?

Hilde Ehlers: I had to uninstall & reinstall my Google play to get rid of an "account action request". Now AxisCare has decided the password recieved from my Co. when first started, is invalid so I can't log in! Last month, the GPS wouldn't work for almost 2 weeks, but the 800# support team wouldn't help, never has much in the past. Thanks.

Shawn O'Maley: Not sure what is going on with this app. But this happens quite frequently that it records the incorrect time that I clock out . Taking 30 mins here or there , I never used to check, cuz I figured that the app could accurately keep time for us. Wrong. No telling how many hours that we have been short changed I know for myself over the past year not sure ? Not gonna go back and check it will just frustrate me even more. Anyone else have issues with the time keeping part of the App??

Carla Sills: Says I need to update but not showing anywhere to do that. Also, I keep my location on but it freezes telling me it's waiting for GPS. I sometimes have to shut my phone off then restart to try to get app to work. This app is nothing but frustrating!

Abbie Williams: Not everyone has WiFi. Some of us are poor and been affected by the pandemic/virus. Some of us are just poor/ lower class. Seriously, if the program wasn't ready then it shouldn't be being used. Maybe an update now and again, better service area, etc. This app is obviously for work so I have to keep it and continue to use wifi AND my phone memory space because I have to keep updating the thing! I have to pay extra every month or use gas for wifi just. Other than those two complaints, ?

Martha Osterhout: Says to update to 2.4.8 but no update available in Play Store. I see others have the same problem but see no solution. Work doesn't know how to fix it so I can get no help? This app is stressing me out! There should be a way to get help with broken app. Not fair I have to use an app and can't get help with issues. Using paper time sheets may be more work but I don't see being stressed out over this app as a good thing. Plz offer a solution to problems or get rid of this app! Finally updated! TY

Kimberly Sanders: Keep getting this message. There is no update available in the store. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Restarted my phone. My Android is 10. Still getting the message. Please fix this. Also it would be nice to see the calendar in the app so I don't have to go online. Ty "Your app is out of date. Please go to the Play Store or App Store to update as soon as possible. Your device must be on iOS 10 or Android 5.1 or newer. This message will appear on every visit until the app is updated."

M. Charlotte Ferris: Time changes depending on when you click in from what is on the schedule. Very confusing to keep track of. Hours change from (for example) 1.5 to 2.0 after launch is registered. Given that this is a scheduling app as well as a time keeping app this can create stresses in travel time between clients.

Kim S: I would give it zero stars. Terrible, mostly useless app. I am forced to use it for work. It stopped sending text notifications months ago. Every time I log out I get an "unauthorized" notification. What's worse is there is NO tech support. I tried calling a phone number associated with it and was told they are not allowed to assist me.

A Google user: The good news is that it's very simple and user friendly. On the downside, it's glitchy, freezes and buffers frequently. I would normally suspect a Wi-Fi issue except this is the only app I experience problems with.
