Miriam Lorenzi: Downloaded the app and logged in using my previously established account. I followed all prompts, plugged in payment method and waited a few seconds for my appointment to begin and be connected with the doctor. Then the app crashed. I logged back in and attempted a new session 4 more times. App crashed evertime trying to connect with the doctor. I have a good 5G signal.

Mari Ellis: Just used the new version of this app today and I can already tell it is much improved. I added my insurance cards and vaccination information. Hopefully that will mean they don't have to rescan it at the office. It does allow printing of labs, but I haven't had a chance to see if the size can be changed so it's not so many pages. I see now there is a way to see trends over time, but it is for individual labs. Also, dislike the way they separate CBC from BMP as they used to be together.

Margaret Counts: Works about half the time. When you look up lab results, if you have more than a few, it takes about 10 minutes to load because for some reason it loads ALL of them first. It's an error every time. After the error you can finally tell the app what date range you're trying to view. Even without that; my login fails about half the time. When checked against the website it's "under maintenance for a few minutes" again. It's a little strange a company as large as Advent can't figure this out.

Ross Glabis: It's okay when I'm able to log in... For some reason I will have app access to my fingerprint which works great for any other app. When enabling, it'll work just fine and then one day it'll tell me it can't use biometrics for password. To make things even more frustrating, upon entering my password, it will tell me that my password was entered incorrectly even though it has not. If I go to the web browser and put in the same password, it works. Very stupid issue to have with an app...

Becca Jordan: This app does not run well whats so ever. I want to view test results and the app will send me through the process to create the account but never let me log in afterwards. It only says, repeatedly, that there was an issue but allows me through a guest but will not let me use the help center to attempt to resolve this issue. Horribly created system.

Johanna C: The app provides lots of helpful info and allows me to send messages to my health care team however it gives errors when i try to download test results and it doesn't show the message replies right away. For example, today July 21 was when i got a reply dated July 2, even though I've veen checking the app. I had gotten an email notification about a message but the app never showed it until now.

Winter Rowand: For the most part I enjoy using the app. It makes it really easy to pay my bills. I wish we could send documents to our doctors through the app. Advent has been horrible about connecting patients with doctors directly or office staff being available to assist. It's much easier to track communication and documents when you can do it digitally. Though for some reason the office staff thinks sending documents digitally is a HIPAA violation, it is clearly not if one actually reads the Act.

Kathryn Barnes: I am so appreciative of being able to schedule an appointment through the app with such ease and to be able to see my health records freely and with ease. My only frustration so far has been regarding notice of a document available to view. The instructions are clear as to how to access it; however, the option it says to select is nowhere to be found. This piece is really frustrating for me.

A Google user: Off to a good start but i am not able to print labs and tests that are ordered (the old system had this functionality) and I wish i could swipe the cards away. Foe example, if a card shows a new test result or care summary, once I view it I sgould be able to swipe to remove the card from the page. But not bad so far.
