I tried my login it refused to let me login and blocked me from logging in. And I'm not currently in the country. To make things worse my card is expired already. So my money is stuck in my account.

Christopher Agoh: It has been working just fine and I try to update the app whenever it's due but all of a sudden I can't seem to top up my airtime or subscription and I have to try transfering many times before it actually goes through

Chikamso Apeh: The worst banking app in Nigeria presently! Severally my money has been lost trying to use this useless app to make transfer. The last one this month returned an error message but I was subsequently debited. Afterwards I sent a complain through the email but got a response that the error message transfer was confirmed successful and I should contact the beneficiary to confirm the status of the transaction or kindly revert with his/her bank statement! That's how the bank stole my money ?

Emmanuel Sich: Since 26th of this January, I have not been able to use this app. And is my business account. If this app is for us that are banking with UBA, then it needs to be worked on. Cos am almost giving up... I have deleted the app more than five times and downloaded it back, still not working ???

Emmanuel Chinonyerem: This app is really disappointing and firstly I don't even know whether it's the real app as there are two of this; one with 23mb and this one with 53+mb, I don't know which is which (delete one please). However this particular app in question has been disappointing me from day one in terms of logging in. Each time I want to login again to do one transaction or the other I'll have to start all affresh to adding my user id, Passward and country every single time and I'm tired of it. Please fix it.
