william khorga: The worst app ever since the dawn of apps. If you wanted to make someone hate the existence of apps then please feel free to recommend this one. 99.99% of times this app does not respond. It takes ages to load up and even if it does then it loads an empty UI. Most of the times it disconnects from it's own server. Whomever developed this app needs to change career ASAP.

M B: The UI looks good and is intuitive but the network performance is awful and borders on unusable most of the time. It's a shame as the actual A/C system is great

Max: Have Reset to factory settings 3 times, every instance takes at least 20mins. Literally works for an hour, before continually looping on network communication error. App hasn't been updated since Nov 2020, absolute joke, literally doesn't work and going by the rest of the reviews I'm not alone. Won't be buying Actron again and neither should you!!!

Joe Wong: Please fix the connectivity issues with this app. Posted reviews clearly show that this has been a long and ongoing issue and is yet to be addressed or cared about. Alternatively, do not fix it and advertise that your systems are sold with a buggy and unsupported app that may work intermittently.

Shirin Khan: It doesnt work 9 out of 10times. Keeps on saying network lost or reconnecting even when internet is working well. I upgraded my device to ensure I can control aircon from anywhere, but the app doesnt even load up inside the house. Really disappointing!

Chris Simes: Stopped working recently for no apparent reason. Has always been laggy but now doesn't work at all. Resetting the wall controller does nothing. Have seen comments on the other reviews there is a known issue. Would be great to get some info about that and indicative timeline for resolution.

Joshua Pomfrett: The app is hit an miss syncing so u think you have clicked things an it hasn't gone through Also would be good to access the schedule so if the ducted isn't needed you can turn it off before it starts that day. This seems to only be a Android issue with all the bugs.

Lauren: I am so sick of apps favouring iPhone use when half the population doesn't have an iPhone!!! Works perfectly on my husband's iPhone and is an absolute disaster on my Samsung. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use it. If I had of known how bad it would be I would not have paid the thousands extra to get this air con system.

A Google user: One of the key selling points of this system was the NEO Connect. If I had known it would be this poor a system I would not have chosen it. Will never recommend or purchase from them again. Regardless of the comments above saying how to fix it does not always work and that the system has to be restarted so often, just to work, illustrates how bad it is.

Cass Wilson: Doesn't work at least 80% off the time which is a huge pain in the arse. Frequently comes up with connectivity error 503. Shouldn't have to keep reinstalling and logging in to make it work... which incidentally doesn't fix up the problem anymore. It just doesn't do anything. Please update the app.
